Curried Pumpkin Soup

curried pumpkin powder
3
T.
coconut milk powder
Salt/pepper, to taste

pumpkin seeds (Pepita seeds)
Instructions
Mix pumpkin and coconut milk powders in a pint zip lock freezer bag
pack pumpkin seeds separately
On the trail
Pour soup mixture into pot; add 1 cup water and stir well
Place pot over medium heat; bring to a boil, stirring occasionally
Salt and pepper to taste
Remove from heat, sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and serve
Freezer bag method
Pour 1 cup boiling water into bag; stir well and seal
Let sit in a cozy for 5 minutes
Top with pumpkin seeds and serve
