Description:

Enjoy a winter wonderland at Itasca State Park Hostel. Ski in/ski out and snowshoe on groomed trails – both classic and skate ski. Hike to headwaters of the Mississippi River nearby, take a night walk on beautiful Lake Itasca, enjoy a good book in a comfy chair by the fireplace in the evening or join in games that usually take place in the large dining room. One of the best value Rover winter trips includes 3 nights lodging and 7 meals (Sat.-Mon. breakfast). This popular trip will fill so sign up quickly. Deposit is non-refundable if a replacement can not be found. Prefer e-mail correspondence.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Membership is required on overnight trips (except for Extravaganza and Border Route Trail work trips).

It is the responsibility of both the trip coordinators and the participants to discover and share information related to each others’ experience and capabilities regarding trip-related activities and responsibilities.

It is also club policy that waiver forms be signed by all people participating in Rover events.
