Description:

We will put in at 2:00 p.m. and ride as a group with supervision 2.5 hours to the takeout point. You need not be an expert rafter. Beginners are welcome. For a complete description, check the Minnesota Whitewater website. We will need to be at the put in location at 1:00 p.m. It is approximately 130 miles (2 hours) north of REI in Roseville. For those interested in carpooling, we could meet at REI in Roseville around 10:30 a.m. and leave from there by 11:00 a.m. Last year most of us stopped at Tobie’s in Hinckley for supper. To reserve your spot, contact Karen for an address to send your deposit check to. Feel free to call or e-mail if you have any questions. Estimated cost: $40 plus gas/food. Deposit: $40. Max trip size: 32.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Membership is required on overnight trips (except for Extravaganza and Border Route Trail work trips).

It is the responsibility of both the trip coordinators and the participants to discover and share information related to each others’ experience and capabilities regarding trip-related activities and responsibilities.

It is also club policy that waiver forms be signed by all people participating in Rover events.
