Nugget Lake County Park is a gem on the rim of Wisconsin’s driftless area, just over an hour’s drive away. We’ll camp here and bike loops of up to 60 miles on quiet back roads through bluff and coulee country to historic waysides, UFO sites, Lake Pepin, and challenging hills! Wide tires needed to take the (optional) shortcut on a Rustic Road with 4 water crossings. We have reserved campsites #1& #55 and camper cabin #54 close to the shower building. We’ll provide Saturday dinner. $5/day vehicle permit. We could also visit art studios as this is the weekend of the Fresh Art Tour. https://www.freshart.org/
