- Estimated Cost: $35
Hi friends!
Let’s do some climbing over at the Saint Paul Bouldering Project location. Whether you’re new or experienced, come on through and let’s just go and enjoy ourselves.
If you’re unfamiliar with bouldering, it’s pretty much the usual rock climbing stuff but without the ropes. The walls are shorter and your falls will be cushioned by a thick padded mat. Like all physical activities, there’s always a risk of injury.
You will be required to sign a waiver to climb whether it be in person or online through their website. I highly recommend doing it online to save time. I’ve never done it myself but you can also purchase a day pass online as well.
Admission will cost you around $24.00 before taxes and does not include rental shoes. I’m uncertain as to how much rentals will be but if you have your own gear, great!
Bring a water bottle if you prefer to drink from it rather than their fountains. The fountains will be equipped with a bottle filler. Do be aware that they are not allowed on the mats. There will be cubbies where you can store your stuff and lockers will be located on the second floor along with their changing rooms.
The facility does offer a parking lot for your vehicle but in the case where you cannot find a spot due to an influx of people, be ready to walk! Street parking should be available as well.
Here is the address: 42 W Water St St. Paul, MN, 55107
