Midweek Hike — Eastman Nature Center/Elm Creek, Dayton, MN

Description:

Venture out to Elm Creek Park Reserve for a midweek hike amongst the sugar maple floodplain forest of Rush Creek. After hiking 3-4 miles, we’ll head into Maple Grove for socializing/dinner/drinks.

Meeting spot is Eastman Nature Center, 13351 Elm Creek Road in Dayton. Be ready to hike at 5:30pm and don’t forget a water bottle. We’ll check out the swans and keep our eyes peeled for other birds and animals.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Membership is required on overnight trips (except for Extravaganza and Border Route Trail work trips).

It is the responsibility of both the trip coordinators and the participants to discover and share information related to each others’ experience and capabilities regarding trip-related activities and responsibilities.

It is also club policy that waiver forms be signed by all people participating in Rover events.
