- Max Trip Size: 25 people
Enjoy a fall afternoon outside at nearby Minnehaha Regional Park! This gem of a park is in our backyard, just waiting for us to explore the falls, public art, and trails! Join us as we hike trails that range from easy to moderate to challenging. Be aware that some of the trails have uneven ground and slopes of more than 15%. Plan to hike for two or so hours; but anyone who wants to can leave earlier.
Meet at 1:00 p.m.on the WEST side of the Sea Salt Eatery building where the turnaround is. (The Sea Salt is on the east end, so it should be a little quieter on the west side.) Bring water and a snack and dress for the weather. We’ll plan to socialize for a bit at a picnic table after the hike.
For free parking locations, go to the park map and look for the Free Parking symbols. Or bike or walk down!
If you are not a current member, please be sure to submit the trip waiver at the bottom of this posting. This is listed as family-friendly, but please be aware of the potentially strenuous trails.
Per Minnesota Rovers COVID-19 Policy, all participants must register with the coordinators and limit is 25 people, so let us know that you’re coming! Masks will be required when a 6 foot distance is not possible.
