- Max Trip Size: 12 people
Please join me for a medium-fast paced (17-19 minutes per mile/ 3.2 – 3.5 mph) that goes through Lone Lake and Bryant Lake parks. There will be an optional stair climb along the way. The total distance is expected to be just under 7 miles.
Bring a great attitude, water, and snacks (optional), and dress according to the weather. At this time of year, there may be ice, snow, or mud depending upon the conditions. Shoe grippers are highly recommended.
We will meet in the upper parking lot. When you turn off Shady Oak Rd, go to the right, (not to the left and down the hill). The meeting place is located HERE. Please plan ahead so we can leave on time and not make people wait.
I will be coordinating this and other hikes that are at a medium fast-paced speed. Please join us if you are interested in a medium-fast-paced hike. We will stop for occasional breaks. If you find you aren’t keeping up with the group, please be willing to notify me and turn back or continue the hike on your own so that the group may continue to hike at this pace.
A limited number of well-behaved dogs are welcome. Please contact me if you plan to bring a dog.
Non-Rovers are welcome if they submit the online liability waiver below.
Please send me an email or text if you are planning to come in case there are last-minute updates.
