More than 60k of scenic, well-groomed cross-country ski trails weave through the Superior National Forest at Giants Ridge. There is also great downhill skiing and snowshoeing. We will be staying Friday and Saturday night in a villa across from Giant’s Ridge. The villa includes a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, and overlooks Wynne Lake. It’s right across the road from the resort, so we can just walk to both the south trail head.
A few highlights: 60k of some of the BEST cross-country ski and snowshoe trails in the state, woven through a national forest — suitable for every level of skier.

Estimated cost: $170 plus ski passes and transportation. Deposit: $155. In order to keep costs low, we may need people who are willing to share a queen sized bed with someone else.
