Let’s do some Winter hiking on the trails in Lebanon Hills Regional Park. We’ll start from the Holland Lake parking lot, entered at the corner of Cliff Road and Lexington Avenue South. The plan is to hike about 4.3 miles (7 km) in about 1.5 hours.
What we’re hiking on: As of Monday, the route we’re taking (none of it on ski trails) is over 95% hard dirt, snow and ice free. We’ll take care on that less than 5%. If there is appreciable snow by Sunday, we’ll just take more care, and more time.
Meet at Noon on Sunday. Please be on time as it’s cold outside. Dogs on leashes are welcome.
Restrooms: Restrooms are available at the start.
Recommended: Good hiking shoes, water, clothing for about 25 degrees(?)
