Come join us for a hike at Ritter Farm Park. Depending on the temperature and the group desires, we can start with some Tai Chi warmup and Qigong exercises and then hike, or do the hike first and wind down with some Tai Chi and Qigong exercises. I’ve been learning and teaching Tai Chi for more than 15 years and it’s a good way to relax, warm up and be ready to enjoy a nice hike, or to cool down after a hike. We will hike for about 3 to 3.5 miles in 60-75 minutes and do Tai Chi exercises for about 20-30 minutes. We can enjoy spring coming and hopefully some early migrating birds will make an appearance! We can also take a peak at the eagles nest and see if they are incubating some eggs. An eagle was on the nest today 3/14.
Meet at the lot to the left and just past the brick silo.

- Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes.
- New Rover members welcome.
- It could be somewhat muddy so wear appropriate footwear.
- Bring any water or snacks you might want.
