Let’s end our Labor Day weekend by doing a 6.0 mile (9.7 km) hike in Lebanon Hills Regional Park Monday afternoon starting promptly at 3:00 pm from the Holland Lake trail head parking lot. We’ll figure on a 3-mile/hour or better conversationally brisk pace, with the route designed to go up and down a few extra hills. Water and bathrooms are available at the trail head, and at mile 3.75 (km 6.0) of our hike, when we reach the Visitor Center at Schulze Lake for a brief stop. Maybe think about bringing water and a snack on a sunny afternoon in the mid-70s. Meet at the Holland Lake trail head (the parking lot is entered at the end of Lexington Avenue off Cliff Road). Plan to be there on time!
Please email me if you’re planning to come. And if you’re not a Rover, please sign the release below. All dogs on a leash are welcome.
