No Bake Energy Bites

Ingredients
- 1 c. Pecans
- 1 c. Dates, pitted
- 1/2 c. unsweetened shredded coconut, divided
Instructions
- Finely chop pecans
- Add dates and 1/4 c. shredded coconut
- Blend together until you get a sticky paste
- Shape into 10 balls and about an inch diameter
- Roll balls in remaining coconut flakes
- Place in freezer to set for at least an hour
- Store in airtight container in fridge up to a week
