Description:

​Here’s a winter camping, snowshoeing, and skiing trip to the BWCA for 3 days. It will be a trip from Fall Lake to Pipestone Bay and will involve sledding with gear for 4 1/2 miles.

We will leave early on 1/26 and drive up to the Fall Lake Campground. From there, we will fill our sleds with gear and travel 4.5 miles north past Newton Falls and Pipestone Falls to Pipestone Bay. We will then spend the weekend exploring and enjoying the winter landscape with day trips. We return home on 1/29.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Membership is required on overnight trips (except for Extravaganza and Border Route Trail work trips).

It is the responsibility of both the trip coordinators and the participants to discover and share information related to each others’ experience and capabilities regarding trip-related activities and responsibilities.

It is also club policy that waiver forms be signed by all people participating in Rover events.
