Join us for the annual Rovers Astronomy Weekend trip to Long Long Conservation Center, about 2.5 hrs north of the Twin Cities near McGregor.

- Hiking/Biking at Savannah Portage State Park
- Astronomical Viewing after dark (weather permitting)
- Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner available for purchase (or bring your own food)
Sun. Aug. 8th
- Hiking/Biking/Paddling at Cuyuna Recreation Area near Ironton, MN
- Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner available for purchase (or bring your own food)
Cost Breakdown:
- Registration $10 (includes late-night snack)
- Rooms: (Sunday night occupancy is available for those wanting to stay an extra night)
- Double Occupancy $30/person ($15 per night)
- Triple Occupancy $50/person ($25 per night)

- Lunches: $10 (served 11am – 1pm)

Member of the Minnesota Astronomical Society (MAS) will be joining us to show us the nighttime sky. In addition to member telescopes, the MAS stores 25″ and 30″ Obsession telescopes on-site.
