Description:

I am planning a trip to Bayfield the weekend of July 22-24. This is the house that the Rovers use in the winter and it can comfortably sleep about 6 people. So if you love the area and weren’t able to make the Frog Bay trip consider joining me. I was also able to secure several motel rooms also so I have space for a few more people than I had originally intended.

I am planning to bike on Madeline Island which is is a pretty easy ride, several parks for a lunch stop and suitable for beginners. However you are free to do what you like biking, hiking, kayaking or just a stroll around the town.

The cost of the trip will be about $80.00 and I will provide 2 breakfasts and possibly dinner. If people prefer we can have dinner out Saturday night or have a potluck. Lunch will be on your own. The accommodations are more expensive in the summertime but still a pretty inexpensive trip.

I will try to get to a meeting in the next couple of weeks to promote my trip and answer any questions people have. I have had quite a bit of interest in the trip before I even got it posted so it may fill quickly. If you would like to join us send me an e-mail and I’ll send you the address to send the deposit.
