- Max Trip Size: 10 people
Have you bought an E-Bike recently and are still learning how to handle it? If so, join us for a leisurely bike ride in West Bloomington, using paved off-road bike paths. We will take it slow (averaging 10-12 miles per hour) and focus on safely using our cool new features (Pedal Assist? Boosts? Throttles?) as we climb and descend hills, go about 15 miles total, and see how much of our batteries we’ve used!
We will meet at the Visitor Center at Hyland Park Reserve at 10:00 am on Sunday, June 25. We will pedal from there and explore Hyland Park Reserve, Bush Lake, and the Old Bloomington Ferry Bridge (now a bike and pedestrian trail.) Near the end of our ride, we will stop for ice cream or coffee (or both) before returning to the Visitor Center.
The trip is limited to 10 people. Regular bikers who want to join the trip will be welcome if there are any spots left after E-Bikers have signed up.
