Summer is here! Let’s celebrate with a 23-mile r/t bike ride with a stop at Enki Brewing for dinner, live music, and a the chance to taste 5 different craft beers.
Brewery details
Those who aren’t interested in biking can meet us at the brewery at 5 pm. Victoria is a quaint town overlooking Stieger Lake. There will be live music outside on the patio. Outside food is allowed into the brewery, and a variety of food is available in town for delivery/takeout.
Bike details
Let’s meet at 4pm at the historic Burwell House in Hopkins and park our cars and ride the Lake Minnetonka LRT Regional Trail 13 miles to Enki Brewing in Victoria. Plan for a 13 MPH pace, but we will not drop stragglers. We will leave Enki at 8:00 p.m. for a lovely sunset ride back; bicycle lights are highly recommended. For those who are only able to bike to the brewery, a relief car able to hold up to 3 bikes will shuttle you back from the brewery to the meeting spot in Hopkins. Reservations required for the shuttle back. The trail is in excellent condition, but we will be making a short detour around a closure.
