Meet 10:00 a.m. in Plum City at the trout pond across from Mollie’s on Main. We’ll bike about 50 miles to Lake Pepin and back on the Fall Fresh Art Tour weekend. Shortcuts are possible, but hills are unavoidable in this Bluff and Coulee country (with spotty cell reception), just over an hour east of the Twin Cities. Pack a lunch to eat halfway, though we’ll also pass bakeries and cafes along the way.
