Description:Birding Walk. This is a casual walk to identify and watch birds at the Wood Lake Nature Center in Richfield. Meet at the Nature Center Parking lot. The Nature Center is located at 6710 Lake Shore Drive and is reached by taking I35W to exit 10 (=W66th Street=Rt 53) onto W 66th St for about two blocks to Lake Shore, turn south (=right) less than a block; it’s on your right (southwest). We will start at 6:30 p.m. Be sure to dress for the weather, bring binoculars if you have them, and wear a smile to keep that rain at bay, at least for a little while. Estimated cost: Nothing. Deposit: $0. Max trip size: unlimited.
