Camp in Stockade Lake Group Site. Pay only for nights you stay there. NEW: Climbers must have a predetermined climbing partner to climb with. Area offers trad& sport climbing at all levels of ability. Devils Tower is 2 hours away for those who want to ‘side-trip’ to climb there.
NON-CLIMBERS WELCOME
Nearby: Needles Highway, Devils Tower, Wind& Jewel Cave tours, Mammoth dig, Mt Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Biking& Hiking Trails, Badlands Nat’l Park, Hot Springs, etc…
You don’t have to be a climber to enjoy the area and if you haven’t ticked Mt. Rushmore off your bucket list this is one chance to. Climbers take breaks to visit many of these attractions as well.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Membership is required on overnight trips (except for Extravaganza and Border Route Trail work trips).

It is the responsibility of both the trip coordinators and the participants to discover and share information related to each others’ experience and capabilities regarding trip-related activities and responsibilities.

It is also club policy that waiver forms be signed by all people participating in Rover events.
