Description:

Drive up to the ranger cabin on East Bearskin Lake and stay for the weekend. Friday, the crew will hike to the Border Route Trail using the Topper Lake cutoff from Mayhew Lake and clear east to the Sock Lake camp trail intersection, then return to the cabin for the night. Saturday, the crew will clear west from the Topper Lake cutoff junction toward the Topper camp, returning to cabin. On Sunday, the crew will finish any remaining work and return home. Tax deductible trip fee of $60 includes transportation and food, with the exception of meals on the drive up and back. Please register on the Border Route Trail website. Estimated cost: $60. Max trip size: 6.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Membership is required on overnight trips (except for Extravaganza and Border Route Trail work trips).

It is the responsibility of both the trip coordinators and the participants to discover and share information related to each others’ experience and capabilities regarding trip-related activities and responsibilities.

It is also club policy that waiver forms be signed by all people participating in Rover events.
