We will gather at the Gander Mountain parking lot in Forest Lake at around 6:00 a.m. Friday, departing for Angleworm Lake north of Ely. This is typically one of the coldest weekends of the winter, so you will need to be prepared to camp in cold weather. 40 below is common during this time of year. We will be snowshoeing in and camping on the lake pulling our own gear and food on sleds. Estimated cost: $50 for gas. Max trip size: 4.
