Description:

Join us for one of Rovers great winter trips: Cross Country Skiing, Snowshoeing, Ice Skating, Broomball and Sledding at Northern Pines Camp near Park Rapids. Trails, rinks and hills are close to the camp, which is right by the lake shore. We’ll be staying at the lodge and depending on how many of us sign up, in additional cabins, all of which have kitchens and seating areas. There are a couple of great seated fire ring areas and they provide plenty of wood to have a good blast 🙂 There are also indoor games like ping pong and air hockey for the intrepid folks to play in the evening. Sleds, snowshoes, and broomball gear are available free for us to use. The rooms will sleep between 2-4 or up to 6, for those really inseparable Rovers 🙂

Here are the different options:

Thur-Sun (3 nights) + 5 meals (starting Friday dinner) : 183.-

Fri-Sun (2 nights) + 5 meals (starting Friday dinner) : 140.-

Here is what they say about their ability to accommodate dietary requirements: “We do not have a gluten free kitchen, but do our best to provide the following: Gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, vegan options.  We are best able to accommodate these dietary needs if we know about them 2 weeks before the event so we can design a menu with those needs in mind.”

If you have dietary requirements they cannot accommodate, let’s talk.

Here a link to photos of the buildings (some of them are summer only): https://www.northernpinescamp.org/lodging

You get to chose your own room/bed on a first-come-first-serve basis. You can get your spot reserved with a deposit. The full amount will be due on 01/17/24.

I only accept electronic payment (no checks or cash) but accept paypal, venmo, or Zelle.  Here is how it’s done. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1ROwczwNPqJQIcrM40U5TPl9h6TUob6H3Eix_AVCAQWg/edit?usp=sharing

(Feel free to partner with a friend or family member for electronic payment if you are not set up for it yourself, just make sure I know who the payment is for.)
