- Max Trip Size: 10 people
** Sorry! Cancelled due to increased COVID-19 restrictions. Please stay safe and stay healthy!
Join us to explore Lebanon Hills, the largest park in the Dakota County park system. At almost 2,000 miles, it has miles of trails to hike!
We will meet at the Jensen Lake Trailhead (1350 Carriage Hills Drive, Eagan, MN 55123) at 10:30. If it’s not obvious how to spot us, we’ll congregate by the picnic shelter. We will head out after a round of introductions. We’ll go west through the tunnel under Pilot Knob Road to the trails on the west and plan to hike for about 90 minutes. We’ll end at the Jensen Trailhead. There are picnic tables and bathrooms here, so it will be a good place for lunch. We’ll head out at 1:00 for a hike on the east side of Pilot Knob Road. Plan on 60-90 minutes for the afternoon hike. When you RSVP, let us know whether you plan to do the morning, the afternoon, or both hikes.
Bring water/coffee/hot chocolate and a snack and dress for the weather and to hike. Bring lunch if you plan to stay for lunch.
Per Minnesota Rovers COVID-19 Policy, all participants must register with the coordinators and limit is 25 people, so let us know that you’re coming! Masks will be required when a 6 foot distance is not possible. With the State’s numbers going up, let’s do what we can to minimize the spread and keep our friends and families safe.
If you are not a current member, please be sure to submit the trip waiver at the bottom of this posting.
