Fellow Rovers! It’s time to review your calendars and prepare to join us on a little local, yet global, volunteer gig. Here’s the “scoop”:

Where& When:
Feed My Starving Children Coon Rapids, MN
Thursday, October 4th
6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. (with patronage at a local watering hole after)

What: 19 of your fellow Rovers scooping and packing food for lil’ squirts around the world.

Why: Though this is indirectly related to the out of doors that we all know and love, you should consider joining us if a) you like volunteering b) you like administering copious amounts of high fives c) you don’t have an entire weekend to head out and volunteer somewhere d) you appreciate the people and the world in which we travel and enjoy nature e) you are full of awesome

Estimated cost: Free! Max trip size: 20.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Membership is required on overnight trips (except for Extravaganza and Border Route Trail work trips).

It is the responsibility of both the trip coordinators and the participants to discover and share information related to each others’ experience and capabilities regarding trip-related activities and responsibilities.

It is also club policy that waiver forms be signed by all people participating in Rover events.
