Garlic Mustard Pull at Crosby Farm

Wed, 5:00amMay 92012
Description:

Help us pull the invasive edible garlic mustard plant at Crosby Farm (2595 Crosby Farm Rd, St. Paul, MN 55116). Meet at the farthest parking lot 2 lots past the Watergate Marina at 6:00 p.m. We’ll pull the plant for 2 hours. If we get rid of this plant, the Trout Lillys, Jack in the Pulpits grow and maybe even the ramps come in (another edible plant associated with trout lillys)! Annie S. has assurred us that everyone who participates will get a free MN Rover bandanna as an added bonus! Please bring some gloves. You should ideally wear long pants and long lightweight shirt. Insect repellant is advised. This event will happen rain or shine.

Sponsoring organization: Friends of the Mississippi River
