Hike and Opera Under the Stars

Description:

The Minnesota Opera is performing “La Boheme” outdoors at the Lake Harriet Bandshell at 7:30! Hike around Lake Harriet and then settle down with a blanket and your picnic dinner for a cultural evening. If you want to hike, meet at 5:50 near the entrance to the “Bread and Pickle” (formerly, the Refectory?). Look for me in my Rovers cap. 2.8 mile hike leaves at 6:00. We’ll get seats in the Bandshell area – or find room on the grass – after we finish our hike (7:00ish). Sung in Italian with English translations. Run time is approximately 2 hours. This is part of their 50th anniversary and is free.
