Hiking, paddling, and more — Itasca State Park, MN

Category: Hiking, Bicycling, Paddling

Fri - SunJun 5 - Jun 72026
Description:

Please join me for an introvert-friendly camping trip to Itasca State Park. My trips are “introvert friendly” because everyone RESERVES THEIR OWN CAMPSITE, and so has a quiet place of retreat if they need a little alone time. Of course, extroverts are very welcome, too! I have reserved my site in the Pine Ridge Campground, Pine & Poplar Loops. This is a BYO everything you need for comfortable car camping. Hiking, biking, paddling, are all options. We can plan activities in pairs, groups, or solo, if that’s your thing. Meals can be together or solo. Here is my one requirement: that we all gather around a campfire in the evening.

This may not be a typical Rovers-type trip, but it works! Book your own site, BYO food and equipment, hike, paddle, or bike with or without company, and then hang out by the fire at night. Easy breezy, lemon squeezy.
