Hiking — Westwood Hills Nature Center, Saint Louis Park, MN

Category: Hiking

Sat, 2:00pm - 3:00pmFeb 52022
  • Max Trip Size: 10 people
Description:

Super short notice. I’ll be in Saint Louis Park tomorrow afternoon, and thought I’d go for a walk. If anyone’s interested, drop on by.  Send me an email and I’ll watch out for you.

I’ve never been to this nature center, so no guarantees. It seems pleasant enough. The website says there’s an interpretive center even. It looks like the trail is maybe just over a mile, but that’s using my thumb as a measuring stick. The trail is mostly on solid ground, with one section on a ‘floating boardwalk’. I’m not positive that it’s groomed at all. Probably fine, but you may want to bring yaktrax or whatever. Unfortunately no pets allowed.
