This is a 3 national park tour starting from Las Vegas, visiting Zion, Bryce and the north rim of the Grand Canyon. I have been in all these areas but have not hiked the specific trails that are mentioned. In October the temperatures will not be so hot, especially at the 8,000 ft elevation of Bryce. You will want to have comfortable foot wear and be in good physical shape as the hikes are demanding. We will be doing day hikes from our tents and cars, not backpacking.
As for costs, I will rent the van and pay for gas, camping fees, and car entry fees at the parks. Not included are flight, food, per person park entry fee, shuttles, any Las Vegas lodging, gear rental, etc.
