Ice Climbing at Sandstone, MN

Join us for a day of ice climbing in Sandstone, MN! We will be climbing roughly from 11:00a.m. – 3:00p.m. We prefer if you have ice climbed before, but will take beginners on a case-by-case basis. You must bring ice climbing gear for your use (harness, mountaineering boots, crampons, ice axes) or coordinate with someone else on the trip to share gear. Bring drinks and snacks for yourself. Please e-mail Sarah to ask questions, RSVP, and get further details.

Estimated cost: gas. Max trip size: Unlimited.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Membership is required on overnight trips (except for Extravaganza and Border Route Trail work trips).

It is the responsibility of both the trip coordinators and the participants to discover and share information related to each others’ experience and capabilities regarding trip-related activities and responsibilities.

It is also club policy that waiver forms be signed by all people participating in Rover events.
