Description:A 127-acre City of Fridley park with mostly unpaved trails thru prairie, woods, and wetlands with a floating boardwalk. Meet in parking lot at 7:00 p.m., we will hike until 8:30 p.m. No pets allowed, rain or shine, bring rain gear and bug stuff. Membership not required so bring a friend. Optional socializing afterwards at nearby DQ.
Springbrook Nature Center is located just west of the Northtown Shopping Center. From I-694 go north on University Avenue 3.8 miles. Then west on 85th Ave. NW for 0.3 mile to park entrance on left. Estimated cost: $0.
