Description:Celebrate the first day of daylight savings time – the dark days of winter are over! The sun doesn’t set until 7:17 p.m. today, the first post-7:00 p.m. sunset since late September. Please join us for this popular annual event and hike off the cabin fever. Meet outside of Dunn Bros coffee house next to the Longfellow Grill on Lake Street and West River Rd in Minneapolis. Departure time is 5:00 p.m. This is an urban hike on paved paths, which may be icy. This loop is about 5-6 miles so we’ll finish before 7:00 p.m. Optional dinner at the Longfellow Grill after the hike. Guests welcome – Rover membership not required for day trips.
