Yea! Permission was granted to increase the trip size!  This trip submission replaces the original one.

Join us for the 3rd Annual Winter Trip to Northern Pines Camp near Park Rapids MN. This lakeshore camp is not far from trails, rinks, and ski areas.  5 meals are provided with a Saturday build your own bag lunch. They also try to accommodate dietary requests for vegetarian, dairy free, vegan, and gluten free options – though the kitchen is not gluten free.  The cabins and the lodge do have a full kitchen and refrigerator available for guests to use. Bring your own bedding, towels, soap, and shampoo.  Free snowshoes, broomball equipment, and sleds are available as is a recreation room with air hockey, pool table, ping pong, carpet ball, games, and puzzles. There are bathrooms/showers in each of the lodge rooms and in the cabins.

Per contract – we can offer the following 2 options:

Friday 9am-Sunday 12 noon includes 5 meals starting with Friday supper.  Cost: $150. New reservations need to pay the full amount to save a place. No refunds after January 10th.

Thursday 9am-Sunday 12 noon includes same 5 meals starting with Friday supper. (Thursday meals are on your own) Cost: $195. New reservations need to pay the full amount to save a place. No refunds after January 10th.

Email Marilyn at [email protected] to receive information about where to send checks or Zelle payments.  Also – once the deposit is received, a google doc will be emailed so you can choose your own room, make dietary requests, look for carpooling, etc.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Membership is required on overnight trips (except for Extravaganza and Border Route Trail work trips).

It is the responsibility of both the trip coordinators and the participants to discover and share information related to each others’ experience and capabilities regarding trip-related activities and responsibilities.

It is also club policy that waiver forms be signed by all people participating in Rover events.
