Description:

Westwood Hills Nature Center in St. Louis Park is hosting a Mushroom Hunt for Giant Puffballs, Hen of the Woods, and Sulfur Shelves. The afternoon will end with a small mushroom sampler plate. Plan to hike on and off trail; dress appropriately with good shoes. The program runs from 3:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m., so lets meet at 2:45 p.m. outside the nature center building. $5 for SLP residents, $7 for all others. PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.

Estimated cost: $5-$7 . Deposit: $5-$7. Max trip size: 25.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Membership is required on overnight trips (except for Extravaganza and Border Route Trail work trips).

It is the responsibility of both the trip coordinators and the participants to discover and share information related to each others’ experience and capabilities regarding trip-related activities and responsibilities.

It is also club policy that waiver forms be signed by all people participating in Rover events.
