See Hyland Lake Park Reserve in the Fall

Autumn is here, and it is an opportunity for us appreciate Hyland Lake’s beautiful forests and prairie in yet another season! We’ll leave from the Visitor’s Center at 2:30 p.m. for a hike of 1.5 to 2 hours. Note that we may hike on trails that dogs are not allowed on. Bring your rain gear (we hike rain or shine) and bug spray. For those interested, there will be an opportunity to socialize after the hike. Membership is not necessary for day trips. Guests are welcome, so bring a friend!

We’ll leave from the Visitor’s Center (10145 Bush Lake Road, Bloomington, MN 55438) at 2:30 p.m. This park is near the intersection of Highway 100 and 494. Get directions from Hyland Lake Park Reserve’s website. Estimated cost: Free. Max trip size: Unlimited!.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Membership is required on overnight trips (except for Extravaganza and Border Route Trail work trips).

It is the responsibility of both the trip coordinators and the participants to discover and share information related to each others’ experience and capabilities regarding trip-related activities and responsibilities.

It is also club policy that waiver forms be signed by all people participating in Rover events.
