Hiking, Biking, & Exploring — Chamonix and Lake Annecy , France

Category: Hiking, Bicycling

Wed - SatAug 20 - Aug 302025
  • Estimated Cost: $4000
  • Max Trip Size: 5 people
Description:

Who wants to go hiking and gondola riding with epic views of Mount Blanc and glaciers of the Alps, explore castles and old villages and maybe explore by cycling and kayaking too?

I am looking for a small adventurous group to join me for this awesome trip in August. We will see absolutely stunning views that will sure to bring lifelong memories.  Voulez-vous venir avec moi?

You will need a passport, warm clothes (winter outerwear, gloves) as it’s cold up there but also Summer clothing too. I’d like to encourage anyone who is thinking about this to go for it. Train travel is really wonderful in France. The food is amazing. We will find some Michelin rated restaurants in these areas if the group desires. There are so many activities to do and explore.  Each area in France has specialty foods including cheeses and wines.

We will spend more time in Chamonix and some in Lake Annecy too. Please let me know if you have an interest as soon as you are able.

Here’s a taste of what you will see: http://www.dirtyshoesandepicviews.com/blog/aiguille-du-midi-chamonix

I am open to having a co-coordinator
