Skiing/Snowboarding in Big Sky, MT

Thu - MonMar 7 - Mar 112013
  • Estimated Cost: $1191
  • Deposit: $200
  • Max Trip Size: 8 people
Description:

First annual trip to Big Sky Mountain Resort in Montana! This trip is designed for experienced (intermediate or advanced level) skiers and/or snow boarders who plan to be on the slopes all day. If you are new to skiing but would still like to come, try and find someone who is at a similar level as you so you are not skiing by yourself all day.

There are additional activities (e.g., snowmobiling, snow shoeing) available that people are more than welcome to coordinate if they would like to.

The price quoted includes airfare and rentals but if people want to drive out and/or bring their own gear, they are more than welcome to do that. Also, if you are not flying, then you can exclude the cost of the car rental/gas estimate.

We will fly in Thursday, ski Friday through Sunday, and fly out on Monday. We will stay four nights at a cottage about 15 minutes from the slopes. The cottage has a fireplace, hot tub, washer/dryer and full kitchen. Three group dinners are included in the price otherwise food will be on your own. We will stop at a grocery store for supplies once we arrive in Bozeman.

Cost Breakdown:

Airfare – $515
Lodging (4 nights) – $200
Lift Ticket (3 days) – $257
Ski Rental (3 days) – $105
Car Rental/Gas – $90
Food (3 group dinners) – $24
Estimate Total – $1,191/person

A deposit of $200 must be paid to reserve a spot!

Estimated cost: $1,191. Deposit: $200. Max trip size: 8.
