Beginner winter camping trip to Frontenac State Park 10 miles south of Red Wing Minnesota. This trip is intended to introduce new campers to winter camping in the regular park campground which allows them to bring extra clothing /camping gear, enabling them to spend their first winter night out safely and comfortably. Participants can walk, snowshoe or ski park trail depending on snow conditions. Group Saturday night chill super and Dutch oven desert provided, you bring lunches and breakfast.
