Category: Snowshoeing / Hiking, Winter Trips, Winter Camping

Sat - TueJan 28 - Jan 312017
  • Estimated Cost: $25
  • Max Trip Size: 4 people
Description:

If you are a hearty winter cold weather camper, then this is for you. We will be pulling our gear in on sleds with snowshoes into the Wood Lake entry point for 4.3 miles to Good Lake and camp the first night there. The second night will spent at the north end of Basswood Lake. We will spend the third night at either Good Lake or Indiana Lake depending on how ambitious we are. We break camp and head out on the fourth day, stopping at the Ely Steakhouse on the way home. You need to be an experienced Winter Camper for this trip and in good physical condition.
