Is #OptOutside on your “to do” list? If so, join us for a Black Friday Hike at Carver Park Reserve. We will hike through the 250-acre interpretive area on trails that weave between diverse habitats such as lakes, tamarack bogs, cattail marshes, and hardwood forests.
We will meet in front of the Lowry Nature Center at 10am. We will hike for a couple of hours and then return to the Nature Center to eat lunch. After lunch, we will hike some other trails for an hour or two after lunch. If you are planning to come for only the afternoon, please let me know so I can watch for you.
Dress for the weather. Bring water, a lunch and any snacks you want when hiking.
An added bonus is that there is DQ just down the road to stop at after the hike!
