Join us for a hike over the Old Cedar Avenue Bridge. We will start on the Eagan side of the River and hike over the Old Cedar Avenue Bridge to the Pier on the other side.
We’ll hike for a couple of hours. Dress appropriately for the weather and bring some water. Let me know that you’re coming and I’ll watch out for you.
Directions: Meet at the state park parking lot under the 77 bridge on the southeast side of the Minnesota River. From the cities take 77 south and take the second exit to Highway 13 north. Take the next left on Silver Bell Road and then a right on Black Dog/Nichols Road. The parking lot will be on the right at the end of the road. You will need a state park sticker to park in the lot otherwise just park on the road.
You do not have to be a card-carrying Rover member to come on this hike, so come and bring your friends. Non-members will have to sign waivers, which are on this trip posting, or I’ll have some paper copies there.
